Sean was able to capture the raw us on our special day with an experience that we will not forget. He actively involved our two year old son, friends and family with many of our guests praising Sean’s qualities and professionalism throughout the day.

Through the ups and downs of covid with our wedding being postponed twice, Sean was incredible with making the whole process a hell of a lot easier through what had been a challenging time.

It is not lost on us how difficult 2020 was for so many businesses, but Sean was able to work with us on our special day, and we will always be grateful for his professionalism and flexibility.

Sean's friendly and easygoing demeanour put us at ease instantly. From the very first time we met him to discuss our plans right through to our (somewhat unusual) big day. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid. A week before our original date we decided to go ahead regardless...with just us, Sean, our celebrant and the owner of our venue , Gum Gully. Sean was SO excited to be a part of our new plan. He promised a magic, unique, very special day and that is exactly how it turned out....with Sean capturing every amazing moment beautifully.

Even though it was an incredibly wet and bitterly cold day Sean took it all in his stride and has produced incredible images that not only captured the stunning backdrop of Gum Gully but the essence of my husband and my love for each other. Every touching memory perfect.

Sean is warm, gregarious, often hilarious and will sneak in a cheeky comment here and there to make you laugh spontaneously and feel relaxed and at ease. Cannot recommend him highly enough! Thanks Sean for not only being our photographer but one of our witnesses as well 💗

Using Sean at a touch of flash was the best decision we made with a photographer.

He is very relaxed and makes everyone feel comfortable. The photos he takes give a natural feel without being over edited. They are of a standard that is hard to compare. He works really well with the videographer and gets some wonderful photos. He was very fast with his turn around too. Sadly it won't let me rate him higher than 5 out of 5 because he deserves it.

Sean did an amazing job on the day of my wedding!

We were meant to have it outside but it started to rain so we had to have it in the chapel, but Sean was prepared for either outcome with different photo variations.We had no idea what photos we wanted or what we thought would look good but we need not worry as Sean had all the great ideas for us! We also had a dove release after our ceremony where Sean had to be quick to capture the moment before they flew off and capture he did!!

We are so happy with Sean and would recommend anyone thinking of booking him to just do it as you won’t regret it.

Sean was amazing at our wedding.

My husband can be very tricky to get smiling.. he hates photos! but Sean had him laughing and smiling the whole day! Photos do consume a lot of time on your wedding day. So having a photographer that made the day fun and kept everyone engaged was key, and Sean did that for us. Whilst Sean was great at keeping us all entertained and laughing, he was also very professional and gave us great direction. We felt super comfortable with him, and we are so happy with our photos. Sean played such an important part of our day, and we give him a 10/10. He came highly recommended to us, and we can see why :)

When I was looking for a wedding photographer I wanted someone who would capture the spontaneity and fun of the day, whilst ensuring I didn’t look awkward in all the photos. Sean was the perfect balance of the two. He took photos of us laughing and enjoying the day, but he also made sure we had some more structured photos of our better angles, so we had that perfect picture to go on the wall.

Best photographer in the Yarra Valley!

Sean photographed our wedding on May 18, 2018. From the very first meeting we knew he would be fantastic - the photos we had seen from other weddings were stunning, and we pretty much laughed together throughout our entire first meeting! Sean was so funny and instantly made us feel comfortable.

On the wedding day Sean was amazing! Being mid May and a stormy day, we didn’t have a lot of light left for photos after our ceremony, but Sean managed to get all the shots we wanted and more. With two disobedient golden retrievers he definitely had his work cut out for him! Sean was great with all of our guests, and managed to get candid smiles from all of our guests, including the tired little ones! We have so many happy memories and jokes from the photo portion of the day! As well as this, Sean’s knowledge of the venue was excellent and he knew when and where to get the best photos. He also coordinated so well with our celebrant and the staff at Immerse - it felt like they were one big team working together to make our day perfect!

We received our preview of photos today and “happy” is an understatement - we absolutely love them! We cannot thank Sean enough and I would recommend him 100%!

Considering how much time you end up spending with the photographer on your wedding day, you can't underestimate how important it is that the person is fun, kind and down to earth. It's just a bonus that Sean's photography work was also amazing. Also have to say how good it was that he was flat-out entertaining to ensure he got those natural laugh pics!
